Key Responsibilities:

• Complete Enrichment Tasks as specified by the client, guided by comprehensive training.
• Perform data entry, confirm vendor credentials, check board certifications, and liaise with state boards for updates.
• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all assigned tasks.
• Be adaptable and willing to undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.

Required Skills:

• Strong willingness to engage in both voice and non-voice processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in using computers and technology.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or relevant customer service roles is preferred.
• Availability for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, with the capacity to start immediately.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle changes in processes and information efficiently.
• Capability to work autonomously while being an active collaborator within the team.
• Must possess a reliable work-from-home setup, including stable internet connectivity.
