Job Description

Job Overview: We are actively searching for a dedicated Billing Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic Accounting and Billing team in a remote capacity. This role is crucial in ensuring the precision and promptness of billing data entry across various technology platforms, while also providing essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and amend time entries as necessary.
  • Efficiently and accurately input data for billing purposes.
  • Conduct general administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, filing, scanning, and copying.
  • Compile and organize supporting documents for expense charges.

Required Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and self-motivation, consistently punctual and proactive in task completion.
  • Willingness to work overtime during weekdays and weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of relevant office or clerical experience (experience in a law firm is a plus).
