Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process medical claims using our EMR system, applying your knowledge of CPT and ICD codes.

• Compile and validate information for revenue cycle analysis, contributing to seamless operations.
• Evaluate system updates related to revenue cycle processes and offer insightful feedback.
• Act as a resource for addressing complex coding issues and challenges.
• Mentor and train new providers, staff, and coders, ensuring team preparedness and support.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and mitigate denial risks.
• Perform routine coding reviews to uphold accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:
