Responsibilities

1. WOW Onboarding Experience

   • Deliver a high-touch onboarding experience for every new member.
   • Coordinate introductions, personalized resource delivery, and initial success planning.
   • Ensure every member feels welcomed and connected from day one.

2. Facilitate Mastermind Groups

   • Lead, schedule, and facilitate mastermind groups.
   • Prepare agendas, moderate discussions, and capture learnings.
   • Motivate members to show up consistently.

3. Foster Online Community Engagement

   • Maintain an active presence in WhatsApp and forum-based groups.
   • Prompt discussions and encourage quality contributions.

4. Organize In-Person Meetups

   • Plan and coordinate local or national meetups.
   • Handle logistics and post-event follow-ups.

5. Drive Retention and Value

   • Maintain regular touchpoints with members.
   • Track reasons for disengagement to improve experience design.

6. Support Ethical, Value-Led Sales Influence

   • Assist members in identifying next steps through conversations.
   • Collaborate with the sales team for warm opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ to 5 years of experience in community management or coaching
• Exceptional facilitation skills
• Background in member success or community leadership is a plus
• Formal training or certification in coaching strongly preferred
