Job Overview:

We are in search of an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to act as an essential liaison among our Manufacturers, Dealers, Service Agents, Territory Managers, and End Users. In this pivotal position, you will engage in daily communications with our clientele, delivering effective solutions tailored to both their needs and those of our manufacturers. A core element of your responsibilities will involve utilizing specialized software (AutoQuotes) to produce comprehensive product quotations. Please be advised, this position operates in an office environment, and we are looking for candidates who embody a positive, customer-centric philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess specifications and expedite quotation opportunities, ensuring proper distribution.
  • Create quotations utilizing AutoQuotes and our Price Books.
  • Review and reconcile purchase orders, submitting them to the respective manufacturers, filing internally, and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Communicate with customers regarding any orders placed on price hold within 24 hours, collaborating with the assigned salesperson to promptly resolve pricing discrepancies.
  • Organize, upload, and track jobs and quotations using OneDrive and the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with authorized service agencies to coordinate and confirm resolutions for service-related issues.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned dealers or specific accounts through phone calls and emails.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets containing updated pricing and/or product information for the sales team as requested.
  • Generate reports via factory sales portals to provide critical customer insights or project histories as necessary.
  • Assign tasks appropriately while ensuring meticulous follow-up.
  • Maintain current product knowledge by attending training sessions offered by major manufacturers.
  • Keep an organized filing system for both personal and shared company documents.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoQuotes software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related capacity.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
