We are looking for a Remote Insurance Sales Agent to join our expanding team! This role is 100% remote, and we provide all the necessary work equipment. As part of this team, you’ll assist prospective customers in understanding and selecting the best insurance policies for their needs from over 55 trusted insurance carriers. All of our customers reach out to us directly through our mobile or web app—no outbound calls are required! Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage: \(18.00 - \)20.00 plus uncapped commissions (expected annual earnings: \(75,000-\)100,000)
• We’ll cover the cost of your Property & Casualty (P&C) license, which you will obtain within two weeks of starting

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers seeking personal auto and home insurance policies
• Educate customers on the details of insurance policies, including coverage options and pricing
• Prepare and bind quotes through our network of insurance carriers
• Address customer questions, solve problems, and help them choose the best policy for their needs
• Provide engaging, attentive, and energetic customer service to ensure an outstanding experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Strong understanding of insurance products is a plus
