Compensation and Benefits

The target base compensation for this role ranges from \(53,000 to \)75,000 per year. With performance-based bonuses, total cash compensation could range from \(57,000 to \)80,000 per year, based on experience, location, and other factors.

Skills

• Confident in integrating modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI (certification is a plus)
• Skilled in working with teens and young adults
• Passionate about group therapy and comfortable leading group sessions
• Creative and engaging, especially in virtual settings
• Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Provide remote telehealth services to clients
• Maintain a full caseload of motivated clients
• Participate in case discussions with a supportive team of clinicians
• Focus on providing exceptional care while administrative tasks are handled by our team
• Dedicate at least 12 hours per week (for contract option) or work full-time in evenings and Saturdays

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health or substance use counselor (all disciplines welcome)
• Experience with youth and young adults preferred
• Master’s degree in mental health or a related field
• Availability between 12 and 40 hours per week (depending on position type)
