Skills

• Current license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York, Massachusetts, or Washington
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in:
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Evidence-Based Practices
  • Telehealth or Outpatient Therapy
  • Individual, Family, and Group Therapy
• Experience working with diverse populations including children, families, adolescents, and adults
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups to promote mental health and recovery
• Conduct intake assessments, individual therapy sessions, and, when applicable, family and group therapy
• Provide mental health evaluations, counseling, and referrals as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines
• Provide care to a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, adolescents, and families, primarily through video or phone therapy

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in mental health therapy
• Current license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT

Education Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field

Education Requirements Credential Category

• License required in New York, Massachusetts, or Washington

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in EMDR, DBT, or other evidence-based practices
• Experience with telehealth or outpatient therapy
