Responsibilities

• Handle inbound patient calls to determine the appropriate next steps for each individual’s care plan.
• Guide patients through vital sign checks, including blood pressure tests, in a clear and empathetic manner.
• Provide live video check-ins and check-outs to assist patients in real-time.
• Take a proactive approach in planning each patient’s medical needs, ensuring timely follow-up care.
• Escalate any abnormal results to registered nurses (RNs) for further review and action.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant, with remote experience preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certification through a recognized organization (AAMA, AMT, NHA, NCCT).
• Experience managing high call volumes efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
