Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or mortgage-related fields
• An active Mortgage Loan Originator license in Florida, Georgia, and/or Texas
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong focus on exceeding client expectations and building lasting relationships
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while staying on track to meet goals
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored mortgage advice
• Provide clear explanations of various mortgage products, terms, and conditions, helping clients choose the best option for their unique situation
• Lead clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
• Stay updated on current market trends and share valuable insights to guide your clients’ decision-making
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience from application to closing
• Ensure all necessary loan documentation is accurately completed and submitted on time
• Stay well-informed about mortgage regulations and ensure all transactions meet industry standards

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or mortgage-related fields
• An active Mortgage Loan Originator license in Florida, Georgia, and/or Texas
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and focus on exceeding client expectations

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
