• Knowledge of mortgage closing documents and processes
• Familiarity with U.S. notary laws, governance, and practices, or willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and legal online notarizations
• Notarize closing documents as a Loan Signing Agent as applicable
• Assist customers with product education, system knowledge, and troubleshooting
• Monitor email inbox for scheduling, calculate and request invoices, and follow up
• Attend monthly meetings and participate in cross-training as required
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Higher degree in a relevant discipline is a plus
• Experience as a Notary Public/Signing Agent
• Loan Signing Agent experience and licensure in your covered state
• Previous call center or face-to-face customer service support experience preferred
