• Effectively schedule patient appointments, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.

• Proficient typing skills of 35+ words per minute.
• Strong and consistent work history demonstrating reliability.
