Job Title: Online Remote Sales Executive | Fully Remote

This commission-based position offers significant earning potential, ranging from \(45,000 to \)175,000, dependent on your individual performance. You will be responsible for promoting life insurance policies designed to provide families with essential financial protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and cultivate a robust pipeline of prospective clients through diverse channels including cold calls, networking, referrals, and digital leads.
  • Perform comprehensive needs analyses to ascertain clients’ financial objectives, risk tolerance, and specific insurance requirements.
  • Educate clients on an array of life insurance options, providing clear guidance to identify the most suitable products for their unique situations.
  • Present life insurance solutions with clarity, detailing policy features, advantages, exclusions, and associated costs.
  • Craft tailored proposals that address clients’ circumstances, encompassing coverage amounts, policy terms, and premium structures.
  • Collaborate effectively with underwriters and insurance providers to secure quotes, process applications, and facilitate policy issuance.
  • Engage in proactive follow-ups with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and overcoming objections to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory shifts, and the introduction of new insurance products to deliver relevant insights to clients.
  • Meet or surpass established sales targets and performance metrics.
