Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and evaluate financial reports, oversee general ledger activities, and ensure accurate account reconciliations.
Support budget preparation, forecasting, and cost accounting initiatives.
Establish and maintain effective internal controls while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Prepare financial statements in adherence to GAAP standards.
Conduct financial audits and generate comprehensive reports.
Oversee organizational risk and manage insurance policy considerations.
Utilize advanced Excel skills for in-depth financial data analysis.

Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (Master’s or CPA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, and accounting practices.
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and internal controls.
Proficient in preparing financial statements and executing audits.
Strong grasp of risk management principles, with knowledge of the insurance sector being advantageous.
Advanced competency in GAAP and Excel.
