Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with both clients and internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions beyond mere software offerings.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify customer needs and growth opportunities, particularly in user adoption.
  • Manage and prioritize a product backlog to ensure alignment of product features with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback through testing to foster ongoing product enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and propose optimizations grounded in data insights.
  • Assist our sales and customer success teams by developing training and documentation that showcase the product’s advantages.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B product management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of modern finance and accounting processes, including general accounting standards, financial reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury management.
  • Experience in the legal field, with a thorough grasp of legal business processes, is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in addressing customer challenges with an emphasis on their needs and feedback.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of deconstructing complex issues into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, emphasizing active listening and clear expression.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to pinpoint opportunities for growth and enhancement.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary range: \(85,000 - \)95,000 (actual pay may vary depending on qualifications, location, and business needs).
