Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management or marketing, ideally within the adult content sector, with familiarity in platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, Fancentro, or similar.
• Proficient in managing major social media platforms including X, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of creator-audience relationships, with a proven track record in fan engagement and branding.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an aptitude for collaborating effectively across various teams.
• Skilled in utilizing social media management and analytics tools to measure performance and enhance engagement.
• A data-centric approach, with experience analyzing trends and campaign metrics for continuous improvement.
