• Manage the monthly business close process, encompassing expense accruals, detailed financial analysis, and reports for leadership review.
  
• Supervise expenses across multiple customer locations, showcasing your analytical and organizational skills.
  
• Engage in ad-hoc projects that drive efficiency and enhance existing processes.
  
• Generate financial reports using standard tools, delivering insightful analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  
• Ensure the accuracy of financial statements through timely preparation of journal entries and expense accruals.
  
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures that positively impact the organization’s bottom line.
  
• Collaborate with Customer Operations Specialists and Leaders on invoicing procedures and participate in customer financial reviews.
  
• Serve as a reliable partner by responding to financial information requests from various stakeholders across the organization.
  

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial or accounting roles, providing analytical support.
