Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate synchronous group sessions for both large and small student cohorts.
• Develop engaging and interactive lessons that captivate students’ interest.
• Mentor students in specific courses, offering essential support and guidance.
• Tutor students to help them navigate academic challenges.
• Identify at-risk students and collaborate with the team to create intervention strategies.
• Collaborate closely with fellow educators, providing expertise and support as needed.

Required Skills:

• Access to reliable technology: smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam.
• Availability to commit 15-20 hours weekly, including responsibilities during core business hours (10am - 3pm MT).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with the flexibility to reside and work remotely from approved locations.
• Experience in non-traditional education programs is preferred.
