Skills

• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Current licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• At least 5 years of experience in a clinical or behavioral health environment.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Telehealth Therapist.
• Experience working with patients who have dual diagnoses and substance use disorders.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
• Commitment to making behavioral health services more accessible.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients facing substance use and co-occurring disorders through a secure telehealth platform.
• Implement evidence-based practices to support clients and promote healing.
• Work with a dedicated treatment team to develop and refine individualized care plans for each client.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans based on client progress.
• Offer crisis intervention, educational resources, and strategies for long-term recovery.
• Establish and maintain professional connections with referral sources related to your caseload.
• Complete clinical documentation promptly and thoroughly.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a PA Criminal Background Check.
• PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.
• Drug Screening.
• Tuberculosis (TB) Test.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.

Education Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a related field.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a clinical or behavioral health environment.
