Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
  • Research, plan, and book travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transportation, excursions, etc.)
  • Provide expert recommendations based on client budgets, goals, and interests
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel advisories, visa requirements, and destination insights
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip
  • Manage changes, cancellations, or emergencies with efficiency and professionalism
  • Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and communications
  • Utilize booking platforms, CRM tools, and communication software to manage workflows

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in travel planning, coordination, or customer service preferred, or a willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
