Description

The Deputy General Counsel will provide essential advice, guidance, and support related to corporate transactions in close collaboration with business partners. This role involves structuring, negotiating, and memorializing debt and equity financings, while maintaining a best practices corporate governance environment and protocol. Additionally, the Deputy General Counsel will support the administration and maintenance of the company’s compliance program.
