Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to early childcare programs, both remotely and in person, by addressing product and service inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns
  • Deliver engaging product and service training to childcare program directors and staff through webinars, instructor-led sessions, and more
  • Assist in creating and maintaining effective training content for both in-person and online sessions
  • Support client retention efforts by onboarding and guiding new clients through implementation processes
  • Accurately maintain records and generate reports in various reporting databases
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, regularly offering feedback and support
  • Ensure adherence to project goals, policies, and performance standards
  • Collaborate across teams to provide technology updates and ensure quality assurance
  • Track client interactions and support efforts using CRM tools
  • Assist with translations as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall success

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience in various software systems
  • 1-3 years in customer service, data entry, or product training

Education Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
