Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest quality of customer service for residents
• Engage in prospective resident visits
• Clean resident apartments, including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, emptying trash, making beds, and providing linen service where applicable
• Responsible for personal laundry service where applicable
• Maintain cleanliness of the entire building
• Monitor public restrooms throughout the day for cleanliness and adequate supplies
• Maintain regulatory compliance where applicable
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area
• Note areas or articles in need of repair and report to the Assistant Director
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or Executive Director
