Description

As a Technician at Superior Contracting and Maintenance, you will be responsible for responding to service calls and maintenance requests promptly while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor with residents. This role involves diagnosing and repairing various residential electrical issues, as well as installing electrical systems such as ceiling fans, lighting, GFCIs, exhaust fans, switches, and receptacles. You will also be tasked with repairing and upgrading panels, running wire, installing junction boxes, and reading work order details and home inspection reports including scope and material budgets.
