Responsibilities

• Uphold administrative policies to ensure efficient store operations
• Create a welcoming environment for customers
• Support the store manager in overseeing staff and volunteers
• Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns professionally
• Assist in daily operations, including merchandise handling and cash register duties
• Train and manage ReStore staff and volunteers
• Collaborate with Marketing and Development on effective campaigns
• Monitor daily cash and credit transactions, ensuring proper procedures are followed
• Participate in developing and implementing store strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED and at least 1 year of retail or business-related experience required
• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of retail management experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Self-motivated with a positive approach to leadership
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
