Responsibilities

  • Open and close the ReStore according to scheduled hours.
  • Manage daily sales, cash register reconciliation, and deposits.
  • Ensure a safe shopping environment and enforce safety policies.
  • Oversee effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
  • Collaborate with the processing team to prepare donations for sale.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to boost donations and sales.
  • Maintain compliance with policies and procedures alongside the administrative team.
  • Build strong relationships with donors and enhance our donor base.
  • Train and mentor staff, providing feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Handle inquiries related to employment practices and support staff development.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Experience in retail sales management and operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and respond to the ReStore within one hour from your primary residence.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in retail sales management and operations.
