This position will focus on overseeing retail commercial real estate assets and driving value creation throughout the asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new assets, manage capital projects, and enhance value throughout the asset lifecycle
• Formulate and execute short- and long-term asset plans aligned with company objectives
• Drive value creation and performance of assets in accordance with the investment strategy
• Develop and execute annual business plans ensuring all departments collaborate effectively
• Assess and manage risks associated with current assets
• Monitor market trends affecting the portfolio and act accordingly
• Analyze property value timelines and forecast future estimated values
• Evaluate portfolio progress and implement necessary changes
• Monitor asset performance against benchmarks, including metrics and budgets
• Provide analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or accounting
• Self-starter with proven success in asset management
• Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking abilities
