Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring high-caliber employees

  • Supervise daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Manage Loss Prevention practices
  • Effectively communicate store needs to management
  • Resolve customer issues effectively
  • Maintain a fun, full-service experience for customers
  • Handle bank deposits and open/close the store

Qualifications

  • Prior management experience in a retail environment preferred
  • 6-12 months of retail sales experience
  • Desire to succeed and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Education Requirements

  • Completion of all training programs leading up to the Co-Manager position

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • No specific degree required; relevant training is emphasized.

Experience Requirements

  • Retail management and sales experience are preferred, with a focus on developing staff and managing operations.
