The Full-Time Retail Supervisor at our Company plays a crucial role in driving the success of our Retail Merchandising Team. • Proven experience in retail management and supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple duties with frequent changes and competing deadlines
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates and conduct store audits
• Execute and complete all retail projects while maintaining client objectives
• Ensure product(s) are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics
• Establish and maintain client relationships and work appointments
• Monitor and regulate expenses in accordance with budget standards
• Provide accurate and timely communication, administrative, and coaching support to direct reports

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred
• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
