  • Proven ability to manage and direct retail associates
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct retail associates, ensuring tasks are completed effectively
  • Conduct store audits and execute all retail projects
  • Maintain client objectives, ensuring products are stocked and correctly displayed
  • Establish and maintain client relationships, including scheduling work appointments
  • Monitor and regulate expenses in accordance with budget standards
  • Provide accurate and timely communication and coaching to direct reports

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree preferred
  • 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple duties efficiently under pressure
