A renowned retina-only practice is expanding its team and seeking an additional retina surgeon on a partnership track. This practice offers a broad range of services and actively encourages both associates and partners to engage in academic involvement. There are ongoing clinical trial research opportunities available for new associates. A key element of the practice is the training and continuous education of staff to enhance clinical efficiency. Upon joining, the new associate will receive support from a dedicated scribe and a team of technicians, as patients will be redirected from the current surgeons in the group. Importantly, there are no required hospital calls associated with this position, and partnership is anticipated to be offered after two years.
