This role involves analyzing, preparing, reviewing, and interpreting various Land and Right of Way related agreements, including deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licenses. You will complete rights and restriction reviews, conduct research on real property documents, and support the translation of data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database. Additionally, you will compile technical data for the Right of Way project team and lead the preparation of project status, technical, and acquisition reports. This position requires collaboration with project managers, design engineers, environmental consultants, and other stakeholders.

  • Attend and participate in public open houses as requested
  • Manage and oversee multiple projects concurrently

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
  • Management experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
