Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary: \(65,000 - \)73,000 per year
• Additional annual bonus potential: $3,500

• Active RN license (for states where office and patients are located)
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
• Excellent customer service skills and a team-player attitude

• A minimum of one year of RN experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical care of homecare clients from admission through discharge, ensuring high-quality services
• Manage care delivery and personnel, fostering a supportive and efficient environment
• Orient and evaluate homecare caregivers, providing education, training, and ongoing support
• Perform both in-office and field duties, including patient home visits, building meaningful relationships
• Ensure quality clinical services are provided

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• A minimum of one year of RN experience (preferred)
• Supervisory experience (an advantage)
