Compensation and Benefits

• Additional annual bonus potential of $3,500

• Active RN license (for states where office and patients are located)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical care of homecare clients from admission through discharge, ensuring high-quality services
• Manage care delivery and personnel, fostering a supportive and efficient environment
• Orient and evaluate homecare caregivers, providing education, training, and ongoing support
• Perform both in-office and field duties, including patient home visits and building meaningful relationships
• Ensure high-quality clinical services are delivered

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of RN experience (preferred)
• Supervisory experience (an advantage)

• Nursing degree from an accredited program
