Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of \(75,000 - \)90,000 per year
- Full-time position (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site surveys of Medicare-Medicaid certified health care facilities
- Prepare for surveys, including off-site preparation and facility tours
- Evaluate compliance with Federal regulations regarding care and treatment
- Communicate non-compliance issues to key personnel
- Determine if plans of correction are acceptable and conduct follow-up visits
- Assist with facility and bureau training as needed
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Successful completion of CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the SMQT
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities
- Current RN licensure required
