Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand our network of Independent Sales Contractors.
  • Represent our organization at national trade organizations and attend trade shows.
  • Conduct direct sales to PEOs and end clients, including cold calls, lead follow-up, and pipeline development.
  • Track all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and prospects.
  • Introduce new clients to our Implementation Team.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
  • Experience in PEO or recruitment process outsourcing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Preferred but not required.

Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.
