Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: \(48,000 - \)54,000 annually
• \(17 - \)20 per hour base pay
• Monthly commissions ranging from \(500 - \)1,000+
• Annual health insurance reimbursement of \(3,000 - \)7,000

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails requesting estimates and information for upcoming household moves.
• Provide accurate cost estimates after discussing move details (training provided).
• Offer exceptional customer service and client care throughout the process.
• Close sales by assisting potential customers in scheduling their moves.
• Follow up with leads who don’t immediately book their move.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Passion for sales and customer service.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute for education.
