The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an integral member of our high-energy sales team, responsible for introducing potential customers to our product and scheduling initial consultations. The ideal candidate is disciplined, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their career in sales while directly influencing the team’s success. This role involves owning the top of the sales funnel, making numerous calls weekly, and coordinating with Account Executives to generate new opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $55,000
  • Uncapped Commission – On-target earnings range from \(80,000 - \)95,000 in your first year.

Responsibilities

  • Make 400 calls per week and set at least 5 meetings with potential clients.
  • Maintain a goal of 14 meetings held and 10 qualified opportunities per month.
  • Engage with leads and coordinate appointments for Account Executives.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Track prospect data and interactions using Salesforce and Gong.
  • Communicate key insights and meeting details to the Account Executive team.
  • Pursue personal and professional growth while helping the team meet its goals.
