Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with players via outbound calls to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates
• Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups
• Assist new and current players to ensure they enjoy the company products without any blockers
• Promote the site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering
• Collaborate with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood
• Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support

• Comfortable and confident in promoting the company’s offerings
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding targets
• Bilingual or native proficiency in Italian and English
• Familiarity with the Casino and/or sports betting industry
