Position Title: Sales Manager Location: Remote (Dallas/Fort Worth candidates preferred) Salary: Competitive annual salary of $120,000+ with additional bonus potential Our company is currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our esteemed client, a leading provider in the aviation industry offering a comprehensive range of aircraft parts, kitting solutions, specialized seals, components, accessories, consumables, and chemical coatings. Join our team and play a pivotal role in driving sales and achieving profit targets within designated markets and product segments. Summary: As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our client's products and services to meet sales and profit objectives. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with a preference for candidates based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Key Responsibilities: Successfully achieve sales and profit targets outlined in annual budgets. Identify and convert sales opportunities, managing the project cycle with efficiency. Conduct a minimum of 15 sales visits monthly, engaging both existing and prospective clients. Cultivate strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and offering suitable product solutions. Proactively seek out and engage potential growth customers to expand the client base. Provide valuable market insights and feedback to support strategic decision-making. Establish competitive pricing and profit margins while ensuring timely quotation submissions. Prepare comprehensive monthly reports detailing customer updates, project outcomes, and market trends. Develop strategic sales visit plans and prioritize activities to meet sales objectives. Adhere to internal processes and quality standards, including ILS and ISO requirements. Implement efficient procedures for processing customer projects, quotations, and orders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in business or engineering. Minimum of 3 years of experience in military sales. Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to interpret technical prints and drawings. Knowledge of the aerospace industry is advantageous. Familiarity with rubber/plastic products and AS quality requirements is a plus. Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. person status). Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays and international trips. Interested in Joining Our Team?
