We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to help promote our disaster restoration services. This full-time role offers up to 40 hours per week with a competitive compensation structure that includes commission-based earning potential. You will engage with both businesses and homeowners, introducing them to our services when they need assistance with disaster-related issues such as water damage, mold, fire, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Promote services to your network, including friends, family, and local businesses
  • Market to property managers, insurance agents, real estate brokers, and contractors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners
  • Log detailed notes for every client visit and interaction
  • Track and report marketing item distribution and inventory
  • Manage your route using provided software tools
  • Respond to calls from lead sources, book appointments, and pass leads to the dispatch team
  • Track and manage incoming leads and jobs
  • Complete commission reports and manage social media accounts
  • Review and analyze all lead sources to ensure optimal performance
  • Meet regularly with the General Manager to review progress and plans

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience in the damage restoration industry is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Exactimate for estimating jobs is a plus
  • Ability to sell and explain services to customers
  • Experience with Service Titan software is advantageous

  • High school diploma or equivalent
