Description

As a Sales Representative for above ground swimming pools, you will engage potential customers who respond to our TV commercial advertisement. This role involves setting appointments to meet with 2 to 3 potential customers daily, delivering a 90-minute presentation, and closing sales. You will earn $25 per presentation and 50% of the profit from each pool you sell, with bi-weekly pay. Additionally, bonuses are awarded at the end of each season based on your sales performance.

Compensation and Benefits

• $25 per presentation
• 50% of the profit on all pools sold
• Bonuses of \(100 to \)150 for each pool sold at the end of the season (e.g., 100 pools = $10,000 bonus)
• An additional bonus on February 15th of 50% of your end-of-season bonus (e.g., $5,000)
• Pay is bi-weekly

Qualifications

• Must be available to start immediately and work M-F and weekends until ⁸⁄₁₅
