In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, managing sales inquiries, maintaining records, and filing contracts. You will schedule appointments with customers and suppliers while overseeing the internal budget and commissions. Additionally, conducting internet searches for information that could benefit the sales team may be required.

Qualifications

  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, or a related field is preferred
  • Demonstrable experience in sales support administration, or similar

  • In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices
  • Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements
  • Working knowledge of managing budgets and tracking sales commissions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Education Requirements

  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, or a related field
