Responsibilities

• Provide sales and marketing support to the commercial team and independent sales representatives, including pricing and margin analysis, forecasting, and target pipeline analysis
• Assist the sales team with day-to-day customer service and sales operations tasks, such as agreement management, handling inquiries, order follow-ups, sample arrangements, payment tracking, and completing questionnaires/surveys
• Act as a lead qualifier, performing lead vetting, initial quoting, and updates in our system
• Support the commercial team with opportunity management, including tracking and reporting
• Handle system tasks, including data mapping, new material/customer setups, and the corresponding approval processes
• Manage small volume accounts, assisting account managers in monitoring and nurturing the growth of new accounts
• Provide support for marketing logistics as needed

Qualifications

• Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Science
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles is a plus
• Familiarity with systems like SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
