This role involves working closely with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions to support customer needs while ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with Sales associates to understand customer needs
  • Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders
  • Coordinate deliveries for customers
  • Handle sales calls for general information and resolve customer concerns
  • Effectively utilize CRM and phone systems

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs
  • Strong ability to follow through on commitments
  • Highly motivated and customer service oriented

  • High school diploma or equivalent
