We’re looking for a Data Cloud Solutions Architect who is both a technical expert and a strategic thinker. In this role, you’ll guide stakeholders toward the best possible data solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimization within their enterprise architecture. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to fellow Salesforce professionals, helping organizations fully leverage their customer data.

Skills

• 3+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud or similar Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
  
• Expertise in data governance, security, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
  
• Strong leadership in cross-functional technical teams and experience conducting technical workshops
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  
• Experience documenting technical requirements and solution designs
  
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system integrations
  
• Excellent client-facing communication skills (both written and verbal)
  
• Salesforce Data Cloud Certification required
  
• Additional Salesforce Certifications in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud are a plus
  

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Data Cloud and related products
  
• Lead technical discovery workshops to document data landscapes, integrations, and data ingestion methods
  
• Design and implement enterprise-scale data solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements
  
• Develop and refine scalable data models, ensuring compliance with Salesforce Data Cloud best practices
  
• Apply expertise in data ingestion, transformation, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation
  
• Write, edit, and enhance complex SQL queries across platforms such as Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Redshift, and Snowflake
  
• Work with Data Cloud’s APIs and other Salesforce APIs to develop and optimize data-driven solutions
  

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system integrations
  
• Experience documenting technical requirements and solution designs

• Salesforce Data Cloud Certification required
