Skills

• Hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and LWC
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration strategies
• Active Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud, Administrator, Salesforce Developer I & II, or Experience Cloud (preferred)
• Experience managing code versioning, CI/CD, and deployments with Copado
• Ability to work effectively with offshore teams and ensure project alignment
• Experience with Salesforce integrations is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC components
• Review code based on industry best practices, providing guidance and recommendations to the development team
• Work with Salesforce’s architecture framework to design and implement integrations with both on-premise and cloud applications
• Manage code versioning and deployments using platforms like Copado
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless coordination and project execution
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications to enhance functionality and performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development practices and integration techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Education Requirements Credential Category

• Relevant Salesforce certifications preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and integration
• Experience managing development teams and projects is a plus
