• Operate manual and automated screen printing equipment
• Set up multi-color jobs on the press
• Process and clean screens; maintain screen quality
• Troubleshoot registration issues and ensure quality control
• Train other operators on the screen printing process
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation
• Properly dispose of hazardous waste

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of screen printing experience required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to lift and move 35-40 pounds occasionally
