  • Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining quality standards
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and business operations within the industry
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to escalate issues when necessary
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed
  • Prior experience in the semiconductor industry is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with semiconductor supplier portals, such as MyLam, is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track work progress through the shop using Epicor
  • Serve as the main daily contact for purchase order submissions, status updates, and commitment date changes
  • Support pull-in/push-out requests by coordinating with internal buyers, material planners, and shop floor managers
  • Provide backup support to the Account Manager as needed
  • Manage and track daily escalations through internal applications
  • Develop and execute recovery plans for schedule slips by monitoring schedules, material availability, and delivery performance
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork to drive continuous improvement in customer service and on-time delivery
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and procedures while updating job routings for complex assemblies

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education related to manufacturing or supply chain management preferred

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, particularly in the semiconductor industry
