Description

The Associate Senior Counsel will play a critical role in negotiating contracts with customers who are purchasing the company’s enterprise Digital Experience and Digital Media solutions. This position requires providing legal counsel to the Sales and Sales Management teams, as well as possibly other internal groups such as Product, Privacy/Security, and Consulting Services teams. You will address a variety of licensing topics including intellectual property, commercial terms, and data privacy.
